Entersoft MIS 360 is a mobile application that allows you to interact with the back office integrated Entersoft ERP and CRM system in a secure way, keeping you connected to your business anytime and anywhere. Entersoft MIS 360 lets you analyze and share your company’s information through a series of mobile dashboards and reports and manage your assigned tasks or opportunities, thus allowing you to have online access to all of your corporate information through the palm of your hand.
Key features:
•Reports and interactive dashboards: Visualize key information regarding the sales pipeline, the company’s inventory, retail or service functions by a series of predefined or customized reports and dashboards. The real-time analysis unveils the key issues and contributes to efficient and accurate decision-making for resolving any related issues.
•Agenda: View all of your assigned sales, service tasks and appointments ordered chronically or by importance, get informed about their status (open, in progress, completed etc) and manage them by updating their status or inserting new values for their fields. You can gather various information regarding a task, such as its status, related documents or notes as well as its subtasks or discussed products and sales documents. Furthermore, you can create new tasks from your Android device and synchronize them to the back-end application. At any point you can view a task’s location on the map and organize your schedule on the road.
•Contacts: Manage your customer and partner information including addresses, phone numbers, job titles and activities. You can locate the customer’s address on the map, email, text or call them with one-button click action, and access detailed information for each customer, such as pending documents or presented opportunities. Moreover you can create new business partners and automatically upload them to your Entersoft ERP application.
•Favorites: You can mark any dashboard, report, task or contact as favorite and access them quickly and easily simply by clicking on its record. At any point an item which is marked as favorite can be removed from the favorites menu, with one click.
•Search: You can search the company’s products and view details regarding them. This search option can be expanded in order to include extra application’s entities, such as customers, suppliers or tasks.
