Bienvenue dans le passé de la ville de Lyon !
Les Romains ont fondé Lugdunum en 43 avant J.-C. et depuis, Lyon n’a jamais cessé d’exister. Avec le temps, le centre urbain s’est déplacé d’un lieu à un autre. A l’origine, il occupait la colline de Fourvière, le lieu historique de la fondation. Cette application va vous faire découvrir les sites archéologiques conservés sur la colline et au bord de la Saône, au cœur du périmètre classé Patrimoine mondial par l’UNESCO. Guidé par le GPS de votre appareil, vous pourrez accéder aux édifices les plus anciens, les théâtres et les thermes romains, du début de notre ère. Vous visiterez aussi les vestiges de plusieurs édifices des premiers temps chrétiens, entre le 4e et le 7e siècle : le baptistère, près de la cathédrale Saint-Jean et les sites des églises de Saint-Just et de Saint-Laurent de Choulans.
Tout près des théâtres, ne manquez pas de vous arrêter au musée gallo-romain, pour remonter le temps, dans le cadre grandiose de l’architecture de Bernard Zehrfuss.
