This project targets to track the various manufacturing processes involved in the production plant viz estimation of quantity of manufactured item, feeding/weighing raw materials to first level machine in the plant, mark beginning and ending time stamp of process in a batch, tracking down time of process, monitoring of progress by supervisor and managers, tracking actual quantity of output product, generate variance reports from estimated and actual quantity, capturing different plant from mobile/Tablet device. Parameters for tracking progress of process will be finalized based on detailed requirement analysis.

• Estimated throughput and variance from actual can be computed
• Overshoot- Process taking more than expected time can be noted on the fly. Reason for slowness can be captured (like machine down time) and corrective action can be taken for improvement.
• Shop floor production reports (live or close to live). E.g.: If 1000 packets are expected out by day end. Packets finished at 2 pm can be viewed.
