About ESA Program Android App
Enriched Sport Activities (ESA) Program is an Evidence-based Practice Exercise Program, cofounded by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union (Key action: Sport - 579661-EPP-1-2016-2-IT-SPO-SCP).
The project addresses the objective concerning the promotion of Social Values of Sport, in particular health, social inclusion, equal opportunities and improvement of motivation to engage in sport activities in different countries of the European Union.
This project aims at enhancing social inclusion, equal opportunities and psycho-physical well being in children with typical development and special needs. This aim is pursued through sport and physical activity participation in combination with cognitive tasks oriented to improve working memory, planning and inhibition processes.
