eToken is a secure online tool that helps you to generate the one time password (OTP) to offer an additional security layer to access to your Family Portal.
How can I use eToken?
• Customer to sign the Family Portal Access Request with your Relationship Manager.
• Customer download the application through the app store
• Customer will receive an email with the activation PIN.
• Input the activation PIN in the token, this activation needs internet connection.
• You can start generating OTP passwords with your device even if you don’t have internet connection.
