Application 3D de présentation d’un pôle tertiaire à Marseille, Euromed Center.
Euromed Center prend place au cœur de la plus importante opération d’aménagement urbain d’Europe et sera, à terme, composé de :
- 4 immeubles de bureaux certifiés HQE® (Haute Qualité Environnementale) et labellisés BBC
Effinergie (Bâtiment Basse Consommation) totalisant 48 000 m² pour accueillir quelque
3 000 personnes,
- un hôtel d’affaires 4* Golden Tulip de 210 chambres avec son business center,
- un mail piétonnier proposant environ 2 000 m² de commerces et services,
- un parking public de 846 places en infrastructure,
- 5 000 m² d’espaces verts avec notamment les 4 000 m² du Jardin d’Arenc,
- et d’un complexe cinématographique.

Euromed Center est porté par Foncière des Régions et Crédit Agricole Assurances, en tant que co-investisseurs, et réalisé par les promoteurs Altarea-Cogedim et Crédit Agricole Immobilier.

- A pedestrian mall offering approximately 2000 m² of shops and services,
- 846 public parking spaces infrastructure,
- 5000 m² of green space including the 4,000 m² Garden Arenc
- And a cinema complex.
