Ao realizar o download do EVANTS´o participante encontrará os acessos ao seu evento utilizando os códigos do evento e de identificação pessoal enviados por correio eletrônico.

Ao digitar o código do evento o participante entrará em uma área já customizada com toda identidade visual do evento que irá participar e então inserirá seus dados de identificação, após este passo a passo ele receberá todas as informações do evento acessíveis em seu smartphone ou tablet.

Ao baixar o aplicativo o participante iniciará sua comunicação direta com os realizadores do evento, qualquer alteração será atualizada na programação ou informação necessária estará disponível de forma rápida garantindo ao participante segurança, conforto e apoio ao seu planejamento.

Para as empresas que atuam na realização de todo o evento o EVANTS´possui um sistema operacional integrado, ou não, com este aplicativo que permite monitorar a logística de transporte de pessoas e outras informações.
