About Event Minder Android App

How many times have you forgotten to send an important text message? A birthday, anniversary or simply a text you would like not to forget to send. Event Minder is your solution!

Event Minder allows you to schedule a text message to be sent to a single person or a group of persons from your contact list. Once the time has come, the text message will be sent to the recipient(s) and a notification will be presented in your notification area. In versions of Android older than Kit Kat, the text message will show up as part of a conversation with the contact(s) that it was sent to.

Features

Schedule a text message to be sent to one or more person in your contact list
Add the Event* to your calendar so that you are also reminded of the reason you are sending the message
Set a frequency for which the Event* should occur; i.e. how often the text message should be sent (e.g. Once, Daily, Yearly, etc.)
Receive notification in notification area that the message was sent
View text message sent under the contact(s) text message conversation**
Modify/Delete an existing Event*


Use Cases

Send Happy Birthday message
Send Happy Anniversary message
Send congratulations message (Graduation, etc.)
Send mass text to one or more employee(s) at a time when you won't be available but they need to know what you have to say.
Example: You need to text your employees at 6 AM about something you thought of at mid-night. If you will be asleep at 6 AM, Event Minder will ensure they know what you want them to know.

*An Event is the reason for sending the text message. Example: My Friend's Graduation
