• The offering is composite one which combines diet, nutrition, physical activity, behavior and motivation.
• This app helps in tracking food and activity for overall health and not just weight loss. It aims at reducing the probability of modern day lifestyle diseases.
• Fablif does not have a “One-size-fits-all” approach, every individual is different and we devise feedback based on number of factors like age, BMI, lifestyle and behavior.
• It is in the form of a game with points and levels and un-complicates things. The game which you can play with yourselves and others.
