¿Qué es Familia Segura?

Familia Segura es una aplicación que usa la más alta tecnología en localización de dispositivos, así como administración de los mismos. La nueva actualización te permitirá regístrate de forma más clara y rápida.
Podrás crear un grupo de hasta 10 integrantes; conociendo la ubicación de ellos y de la mano con lo mejor en herramientas de Control Parental lograras administrar el uso de aplicaciones y llamadas para los miembros más pequeños de la familia.
La app te permite:
• Definir áreas seguras y ser alertado automáticamente cuando los integrantes de la familia entren o salgan de estas áreas.
• Localizar a los miembros de la familia en tiempo real, con el uso de la mejor tecnología.
• Enviar Alertas de Pánico a todos los integrantes, en caso de emergencia.
• Restringir llamadas a números de teléfono de la familia y controlar el uso de ciertas aplicaciones para los niños.
• Localizar, enviar alertas, bloquear y borrar la información del teléfono de algún integrante si este se pierde o es robado.


¿Quién puede tener una cuenta de Familia Segura?

Todos los usuarios TELCEL que tengan un Smartphone compatible, pueden utilizar Familia Segura. Solo deberá ingresar su número de teléfono para registrarse y comenzar a configurar su grupo. Con ello brindamos un sistema de alta seguridad, ya que el inicio de sesión es exclusivo a la línea telefónica registrada, protegiendo con así, la información de tu familia (ubicación, áreas seguras, dispositivos, etc.).

La aplicación Familia Segura está disponible para Android versión 4.1 o superior.

Nota: Familia Segura solicita permisos de administrador para habilitar el uso de Control Parental y las funciones de Seguridad del Teléfono como: bloqueo y borrado remoto en caso de que el teléfono se pierda o sea robado. Estas funcionalidades sólo están disponibles para el administrador de la Familia.

What is Family Safe?

Segura family is an application that uses the latest technology in locating devices, and administration thereof. The new update will allow you to register more clearly and quickly.
You can create a group of up to 10 members; knowing the location of them and hand with better tools to manage Parental Control achieved it using applications and calls for younger family members.
The app allows you to:
   • Define safe areas and be automatically alerted when family members entering or leaving these areas.
   • Locate family members in real time, using the best technology.
   • Send Alerts Panic all members, in case of emergency.
   • Restrict calls to phone numbers of family and control the use of certain applications for children.
   • Locate, send alerts, block and delete phone information of a member if it is lost or stolen.


Who can have an account Family Safe?

TELCEL all users who have a compatible Smartphone can use Family Safe. You only need to enter your phone number to sign up and start setting up your group. Thereby we provide a high-security because the login is exclusive to the telephone line registered with protecting thus your family information (location, secure areas, devices, etc.).

 Family Safe application is available for Android version 4.1 or higher.

Note: Segura Family requests administrator permissions to enable the use of Parental Control and Security Features Phone as lock and remote wipe if your phone is lost or stolen. These features are only available to the administrator of the Family.
