About Family Safe (beta) Android App
With Family Safe, your family members and friends can send you regular updates on their location.
For example, your daughter is going on a car trip: she starts the application and it will send you her location automatically via s:s, every 30 minutes (this can be configured from 1 sms per minute to 1 sms per hour). Everything is automatic, so it's safer for the driver and no need to worry.
The sms contains a google map link. Just click it and you will see the location. This will keep you reassured.
For now, the application only has the 'send position' option. But soon, it wil include a 'get location' button, to manually get the position of the remote phone.
WARNING: the application sends automatic SMS so keep in mind that you can have to pay for these on your phone bill!
