The FamilyCare Health App makes it easier for FamilyCare Health members (Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid or Medicare) to:
• Contact FamilyCare Health
• Search for providers, specialists, urgent care centers, and hospitals to find care near you
• Call providers, specialists, urgent care, or hospitals
• Get driving or public transit directions to providers and facilities
• Schedule a ride to medical care (Medicaid only)
• View your digital member ID card and fax it to your provider
• Store your favorite providers so they’re easy to find
• View your benefit information
