I have weak internet connection. Will FastPick work for me?
Yes, FastPick is optimized to work correctly even with weak connection. It is also designed to handle connection problems.

How can I load orders?
You can load orders via CSV: in the FastPick application (only free version), in the Speedventory Console (available only in Pro plan), using API (available only in Pro plan).

Can I use built-in phone camera for barcodes?
Sure you can! FastPick works with built-in cameras to recognize barcodes.
In most Android devices it works slow though: phone needs few seconds to recognize a barcode.
We recommend you to use bluetooth barcode reader: reading a barcode takes less than 0,3 second!

Can I test Pro plan?
Yes you can! Pro plan comes free for 60 days for all new users. You can get additional 30 days by subscribing to our newsletter.

Do you have any integrations with e-commerce systems?
We have an API you can use to connect any application. Check out API documentation:

What are locations? Do I need them?
Location is simply a code that describes place in your warehouse (rack, shelf).
You can think of it as of a coordinate.
You start using FastPick without locations. We encourage you though to introduce locations as it will speed up your work considerably!
With locations you can harvest efficiency gains: even 280% faster picking!

Do I need to know barcodes?
No, you can use FastPick without barcodes.

What are benefits of using barcodes?
With barcodes you can achieve 100% accuracy of order picking.
No more customer complaints on incomplete delivery!

How great is that?
100% accuracy is possible because picker scans barcode of all products picked.
If wrong product is scanned then picker is notified immediately and can correct taking the right product.
