În 2005 Valeriu Iftime, președintele Consiliului de Administrație, a preluat clubul. Prima echipă joacă în Liga I și a doua echipă, formată din juniori, joacă în Liga a IV-a. De asemenea, clubul dispune de un Centru de Copii și Juniori care să asigure viitorul primei echipe.FC Botosani is a football club from Botosani, Romania. The club was established in 2001 and is the only club who play in Botosani County from 2013 to 2014 season in League I.
In 2005 Valeriu Iftime, Chairman of the Board, took over the club. The first team plays in League and second team consisting of juniors playing in Liga IV. The club also has a Center for Children and Juniors first team to ensure future.
