Il Programma Speciale d’Area del centro storico (PSA), sottoscritto tra Comune di Ferrara e Regione Emilia-Romagna, si è pienamente sviluppato nel corso di questa legislatura.
Quasi 14 milioni di euro di investimenti (per metà finanziati dalla Regione e per metà finanziati dal Comune), che hanno cambiato, pur in un’ottica di riqualificazione conservativa, il volto del nostro centro storico migliorandone l’aspetto, la fruibilità e l’attrattività.
