A simple analyzing tool for Android Smartphones. It grabs audio data using the device internal microphone. Afterwards the data is transformed using the discrete Fourier transform to display the power spectrum on the display. It can be displayed on four different scales (linear, and logarithmic combinations). To suppress noise and oversteering of the microphone you can adjust the input microphone volume level.
At least an ARM7 Processor is required!
Tested on HTC Desire, Evo 3D and Ainol Novo 7 Aurora Tablet
[Features Planed]
- Triggering
- Spike/Peek detection with information about frequency or musical note
- Waterfall diagram in Portrait mode
- FFT-Window size settings
- GL Rendering
- x86 build
