- Ambient display mode support
- Moto 360 and any Circular display support
The squares in this clock have side length 1, 1, 2, 3, and 5.
These are the first few numbers from the famous Fibonacci Series (http://goo.gl/k8UYoT)
The squares and the containing rectangles are sized based on the Golden Ratio.
You tell the time by reading which squares are lit up and adding them together while ignoring the squares that are OFF.
By default the colour scheme is as follows:
Red = Hour
Green = Minute
Blue = Both hour & minute
Black = Off
For Ambient Mode, to go easy on your watch's battery life, I've adapted the following pattern scheme.
Horizontal lines = Hour
Vertical lines = Minute
Mesh = Both hour & minute
Black = Off
Custom colours are on their way soon, so that you can customise the colours to your liking! :-)
For hours, you just add up the numbers lit in Red & Blue.
For minutes, you just add up the numbers lit in Green & Blue.
For minutes just like in a normal 12 based wall clock, you multiply the number you get in the step above by 5.
So for the clock in the screenshot above and in the icon, you go as follows:
For hour: 5 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 11 hours
For minute: 5 + 2 + 1 = 8 units. Finally 8 x 5 = 40 minutes
Supports both Round and Square watches!
Has been tested on both Moto 360 & LG G Watch.
If you face any bugs, kindly send a mail to me and I'll try to address them ASAP.
Based on the support received, I'm planning to acquire more devices to test and publish.
So in case of any issues don't hesitate to share your device model info to me by mail.
