Fiduciary Auctions Rules

As a Person, you cannot register more than a User Account. Registered E-mails and Mobile Numbers are Unique to each User.
Users must be at least 18 years old to participate in Auctions.
User Accounts are non- transferable and are responsible for keeping their password secret.

To place a Bid on Fiduciary Auctions, Users must first buy cash into their E-wallet Accounts.

Once a Bid is placed and received on any item, the bidding fee is non-refundable, and cannot be charged back.

At the end of the Auction, the User with the Lowest Unique Bid Wins; Lowest Unique Bid means being the only person to bid that amount, and the amount is the lowest.

Violation of rules will result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. When you place a bid, a message will pop up on the screen regarding the status of your bid. i.e. if it is the lowest unique, unique or not unique bid. SMS Messages will also be sent to the phone number provided.

2. Unique bids still have a chance of winning as long as the auction is in progress. So keep checking regularly to see if it has become lowest unique.

3. Bidding starts at 5% of the market price of any item up for auction. This offers users between 95% - 99.99% discount on the market value of bided items.

4. Each auction has a set number of bids before it ends and when it ends the winner is then verified.

5. No one except the person winning knows what the lowest unique bid is currently at, not even we at Fiduciary Auction. All Bids placed are encrypted and it’s only known to whoever placed it.

6. Should there be no Lowest Unique Bid at the close of the Auction, the person with the most number of Bids on the particular item becomes the Winner.

7. The Winner of the Auction can either ask for the item to the delivered to his/her registered address or request for the Monetary Equivalent at the Prevailing Market Price indicated on our auction page to be paid into his/her bank account.
