No Upfront Costs
There is no signup fee, setup cost, or development charges that you have to pay. Just pay the monthly fee for your selected modules and number of users, and start using. Simple as that! Our onboarding, training, support and maintenance services are all free of cost.
Online and Offline Capable
Field Buzz Sales app has very strong offline capability. It is designed to be used in areas with poor or no internet connectivity. Registration, transaction, visit and other actions can be performed using the app even when there is no internet connection. Thanks to our Smart Sync feature, these information get automatically uploaded to the server once the mobile detects an internet connection. For the sake of transparency and accountability, there are two timestamps: one indicating when the data was entered and the other indicating time of upload. This way, you can easily track if your field force was performing the right action at the right time!
User-friendly Deployment
The app is intuitive to use especially for field users with long operating hours and a lot of market visits. Features are also deployed gradually in phases so that users are not overwhelmed with too many features, and instead, they can focus on using the first few core features. This makes the learning curve for this app much more comfortable for the user!
Shop Registration and QR Codes
Easily register your shops using QR codes. Shops that have already been registered on the Field Buzz Sales platforms by other organizations will not need to be registered by you, as you can simply update the information you need.
GPS Tracking
Track your field forces and their activities according to their location. As the retailers also have unique QR codes, it's easy to track the authenticity of any claim through a combination of QR code, timestamp and location.
Web and Mobile View
This app provides the mobile interface for field users such as sales representatives, territory officers, merchandizers and more. Through our web portal, Mission Control, you can also monitor activities on your PC/laptop through your browser! Managers, sales admins, MIS or IT personnel can view use this interface to monitor people and data. You can also view popular reports or export Excel-compatible data files. It's easy to assign different access levels to different users so that each user can only see the menus and the data that is relevant for them.
