This is an experimental layout created based on available data on finger reach and accessibility and a Thaana character frequency analysis of a large body of Dhivehi documents. The layout places all the "fili" on a separate row at the top for ease of access and keys are laid out to make most frequently used characters easy available within the path of the thumb.
