You just browse www.fineartprint.de, find the print for you, start the app, press “code scannen” and scan the QR-code shown in the website for that print, press ‘beamen’ in the app and visualize it (print the marker for experiencing the Augmented Reality feature and have best results)!
FineArtPrint.de - ArtBeamer inspires the power of imagination. The app visualizes how a new print enlivens and freshens your existing interior. In addition, the app enables the exact placement of prints to the nearest centimeter. It displays the prints to scale in the precise size of the item sold, thus helping you in visualizing your purchase before proceeding to the check-out.
The app’s distinguishing feature is its use of Augmented Reality. At the simple touch of a button, the print automatically appears within the smartphone or tablet’s camera screen. The print can so be viewed as if it were already hanging in the desired location. No technical knowledge is required.
To ‘beam’ and visualize prints, first start the app, then browse the catalogue on www.fineartprint.de, find the print for you, press “code scannen” and scan its QR-code using your mobile’s camera. From here you will see a page with information about the scanned print. Press ‘beamen’ to start your mobile or tablet’s camera. The print will be visualized on your screen. When standing 2.5 meter away, it will be on scale. For experiencing the Augmented Reality feature and have better results just print out the maker, place it on the wall and point your smartphone or tablet’s camera to it. The app then “beams” or visualizes an image over the target on the camera or tablet screen and the print appears in its place.
Recommended system requirements: Modern smartphone with at least dual-core and a high-resolution camera.
