The app provides the dispatch of vehicles and the exchange of information on events between trims and central operations through smartphones and tablets.
It works from the installation of FireCast a smartphone or tablet to be used in the service vehicle. After prior registration in the E-193 system, the vehicle and trim, they are available for activating the operations center in case of emergency.
The goal is to streamline the dispatch process of events and the exchange of information between the trimmings and the core so that result in decreased time-response, ensuring better services to the population and more lives saved.
The dispatcher of the event, to engage the vehicle, sends the data of the event and starts a beep in the smartphone / tablet, both automatically and can inform directly the nature of the occurrence data application and the map with the fastest way to the scene through GPS.
The touch screen trims can update the status of care (J10, J11, etc.), capture the geographical coordinates of the place of occurrence, eliminating the manual registration by the operator, so is replaced by a better position to manage the system and meet new emergency calls.
The FireCast integrates functions of E-Mobile Fire and CopCast application, developed by the NGO Institute for Igarapé area of Public Security of Brazilian and International Institutions.
Since the second half of 2014, the Military Firefighters Corps of Santa Catarina (CBMSC) and the institution based in Rio de Janeiro develop actions in partnership.
The adaptation of CopCast for CBMSC needs was made possible by the Soldier BM Marcelo Henrique Barcellos Frichs, team member E-193, which enhanced version of the E-Mobile Fire.
The FireCast is in studies of pilot phase in the cities of Canoinhas and Camboriú.
