Tiles are moved by flipping them in groups.

When all tiles are in place all numbers should be in order, unflipped and unrotated.
You have a limited amount of moves to complete each level.
If you made a mistake you can always undo your last move using the designated button at the bottom.
Every level can be beaten in 6 or less moves!
