About Floating Pitch Pipe Android App

Floating Pitch Pipe is a tool that you can use to play a reference pitch for singing, without having to switch apps. You may find it useful when displaying sheet music or lyrics, to give you your starting note. You can even use it to help you when singing along with other apps that play music.

(Originally, it was written to allow a colleague to practice singing while driving without having to leave the phone's navigation app. This usage may be convenient, but do not do anything to distract yourself while driving! We take no responsibility for any accidents or damage caused while using this app)

To use Floating Pitch Pipe, simply tap the image to play the indicated note. To change the note, press and hold the image, then turn the dial to indicate a new note. To move the icon out of the way, touch and drag it. You may also hide the app entirely by pressing the "hide" button in the notification area.
