Floral Safari is plant detecting android base software Developed by Waghai Botanical Garden, Gujarat Forest Department Ahwa, South Dang in collaboration with Department of Botany, The Maharaja Sayjirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. It includes database of shrubs, trees, woody lianas and gymnosperm plant species found in Waghai Botanical Garden. Waghai Botanical Garden, was established on 1st May 1966. Garden is rich in plant diversity which has more than 800 plant species in garden of which 300 plant are covered in this software. Out of 300 species, 180 species are trees, 14 palms, 90 shrubs, 3 lianas and 5 Gymnosperms.

This software provides taxonomic information on plants with its photographs and geographical position with a single tag. It also provides scientific names, English names, vernacular names and plants utility which are very important and very use full in general. The software also proves not only the information but it also a powerful Botanical field guide for students; research scholars, teachers, forest officials and also very much useful to the general public with no scientific background.
