you can choose between fit so the whole picture fit on your phone or you can choose to fill so the picture will be cropped and just part of it will appear or you can choose to fit width and then the picture will fit the width and re scale the height or you can choose to fit height so the picture fit height and re scale width.

also you can change the colors of original photo to white and black or sepia
