La Fiesta Nacional de la Avicultura es un evento que tiene más de 50 años y convoca a productores y empresarios; como así también a ciudadanos de Crespo y visitantes de la región y el país, interesados por su despliegue comercial, gastronómico, recreativo y cultural.

En cada versión, la comunidad se encuentra para mostrar todo su potencial tecnológico, comercial, emprendedor y artístico. La celebración transcurre en el marco de un clima festivo familiar y popular, enlazado por la temática “Avicultura” como eje que motoriza el desarrollo económico, las costumbres y la vida cotidiana, aspectos que construyen la cultura de una ciudad y la historia de sus pobladores.
