About Foodie Android App
A major problem that we face every week in our house is food waste. Not only food waste is a bad habit, but it is also bad for our pocket. To solve this problem we created the Foodie!
The process is very simple. Download the application and scan the products you bought. When you consume or bin food you just have to click the bottom either “Eaten!” or “Binned”. You will receive notification on your phone that will inform you that a product will expire soon. Then you can choose among a variety of recipes in order to use the product (save money and time).
So why Foodie is beneficial for me? First you can be aware of all expiring products and you can explore different ways to use them. Second, will help you with the planning –saving time. Third you save money.
