If you have been invited to participate in beta testing for FORMZ you will be able to use this app. If you havn't got an account please do not rate this app. The formz app allows you to fill out forms just like you would on the web version but allow allows for offline completion of forms, push notification of new forms and integration with your devices hardware such as camera and microphone and GPS.

Using the Formz.co website you can easily design, build and make your forms available for anyone to complete.

Forms can also be designed with HTML including your own images and videos.

Forms can be made public, emailed to anyone or secured to dispatch to your own team members. These can be accessed on the web or app for form completion. Forms dispatched to users of the app will be saved locally on the users device to complete even if they are not online. When they are back online the form will be automatically submitted.

The app allows for better integration with the devices Camera for photo and video uploads and mic for audio recordings over the web form. Signatures are also super easy place using the app. It also allows for a form to be saved and completed at a later time.

Forms submissions can be saved online and also emailed to anyone in HTML and PDF.
