Lucky day is broken to 3 periods. Every period includes 7 hours. every hour includes 21 (three sevens) minutes, every minute includes 21 (three sevens) seconds.
The periods named: stars(st), rise(rs), decline(dn). As default it is night, first half of light day and second half of light date.
The first hour of the period marked by previous seven digit: 7st, 7rs, 7dn. It is the same rule that we use with trivial clock: 12am, 12pm.

So, we have three lucky seconds in a day: 7:7:7st, 7:7:7rs, 7:7:7dn . As 21 minutes and 21 seconds much less than 60 minutes and 60 seconds, a lucky second is long. It is longer than a trivial second in 9 times.

Lucky second is long enough to run over 77 meters, say some spell(prayer) or do other magic ritual.

As default lucky day starts in the same time as trivial day. But you can set zero of the Clock to any time. If some group of users do it, they will have conspirative time. Only the group member will know what is meant ‘the meeting assigned to 6:30dn’.
