+ Call forwarding, or call diversion, is a telephony feature of some telephone switching systems which redirects a telephone call to another destination, which may be, for example, a mobile telephone, voicemail box or another telephone number where the desired called party is available.

+ Call forwarding was invented by Ernest J. Bonanno In North America, the forwarded line usually rings once to remind the customer using call forwarding that the call is being redirected

+ The "Forward the Calls" software is useful when customer have more than 1 business cellphones. Its making the Carrie will forward the incoming calls of secondary phone to primary phone.
Or, in case, user forgotten another cellphone in room, and waiting for importance calls, so this software will useful in this case.

+ The "Forward the Calls" is a software which was build base on the GSM standard defines forwarding codes.These were developed by ETSI and are based on standard European diversion codes and are similar to those used on most landslides in the EU.

*** Before, purchase this software, please check out Carrie Network are supporting for Call Diversion or compability which this software.
Call the key-code ---> *#21# <--- (5 characters) from your Phone Dial.
- If the popup return something like : Wrong MMI code, or Invalid MMI, or Not know the code...etc. It's mean, your Carrie Network doesn't support for Call Diversion or maybe charge with fee.
- If the popup return something like: Call Forwarding Inactive, or Call Forwarding : Not forwarded....etc. It's mean, you can use this software to setup your Call Diversion.

*** The "Forward the Calls" providing three options:
+ All Calls Forwarding: It's mean, all the incoming calls to that number will be forwarded to another number without any conditional.
+ If not Answered: It's mean, the incoming calls to that number but people doesn't pick up the line after specific time ( seconds), that incoming calls will be forwarded to another number.
+ If out of Reach: It's mean, when your phone are turn off or disconnected with Carrie Network, the incoming call will be forwarded to another number.
