It's a music player template. You also need to have Media Utilities installed to use this.
Home screen grid set to 8x5, No status bar, Dock as overlay.

Install:
1. Add Zooper Widget 5x2 to your home screen and resize it to 5x4.
2. Choose the widget skin for the template list.
3. Thats it!
