This app increases the transparency of refuel transactions for company vehicles for a complete fuel management system.
Accounting of fuel cards and credit cards is simplified as fill-up data is transmitted in real time, whereas paper receipts are often not available on time for accounting purposes.
The recorded mileage as well as the refill amount allow fuel consumption calculations to be produced and can help to spot abuse of company vehicles and company fuel cards.
This app continuously replicates all user data with ginstr cloud.
The data can then be analysed, processed, sorted, filtered, exported and shared with other departments, such as accounting or HR, in ginstr web - the web based platform for use with all ginstr apps.
