What is Full Strength Network?
Full Strength Network is a network of pastors, for pastors and of people who love pastors. We're here to change the story on pastor burnout--so you can serve God and the church with all your heart, mind and strength.

This app includes:
- Assessment tools to encourage you to focus on maintaining strength in key domains of well-being.
- Personal "Growth Journeys" guided by a Strength Coach who will walk with you through personal growth content and who will work with you on wellbeing topics.
- Networking opportunities with other clergy, clergy-focused counselors, coaches, mentors, and prayer partners.

A Confidential, Judgment-Free Zone
Connecting with us and with other clergy through Full Strength Network is simply a way to lock arms with like-minded folks who have a heart for supporting men and women in ministry. This is a place where you can encourage others and be encouraged by folks whose mission it is to help pastors grow in strength and well-being. It's a place where you can let your guard down and be seen--victories, struggles, and all!

Why Use This Platform?
You know it: Face-to-face interactions are the best. But in between in-person meetings, a lot can happen. Think how good it would be if members of your congregation could reach out to you in an easy-to-use confidential space to process something you had preached on. Or if you could follow up on sermons by posting questions or discussion prompts to a place where any of your church members might engage with you and with one another. Or if you could connect mature believers to disciple new believers, whether through posting to a timeline and encouraging interaction, or through easy, secure spaces.

FSN allows for all of that--and more. In this case, though, someone else is designing content to help YOU grow. Here, you don't have to be the one looking out for everyone else. There are folks at FSN whose heart it is to engage with you, listen to you, and challenge you in the best of ways, almost like a personal fitness trainer would do!
