G-Cam enables you to get fast and effective support for your Göpfert machine. With our camera-based system maintenance, repair and support processes can be optimized. It helps you to get the best support for any Göpfert machine under warranty or a selected service contract.
SINGLE OR GROUP CHAT
The single or group chat with up to 4 participants enables initial contact for problem identification, as well as file and screen sharing between all participants.
LIVE VIDEO CHAT WITH AUGMENTED REALITY SUPPORT
G-Cam offers live audio and video chat where all participants can annotate the live view.
Show your Göpfert machine live to our service staff. Thanks to augmented reality it is possible to put up marks in the space during the video chat. In areas with poor internet connection, you can simply take a photo, annotate it and send it to our service staff.
