About G4S VMS Android App
* VMS records the basic information of all the visitors who have visited our campus.
* The user or Host tends to use this application, where he gets notified about the visitor who wants to have an appointment with the specific user.
* This application provides rights to the user, as he can decide the status of the appointment.
* We provide three options: Approve, Reschedule and Cancel, where the application user can decide the anyone of the status above at a time.
* Based on the decision made by the user the appointment is held or withdrawn.
* We have a separate option, where the user can give an appointment to any visitor on the specified date and time.The status of the visitor who requests for an appointment ,also gets to be updated to the user.
* Also further he can make any changes regarding the status of the pre-appointment.
* We have two tabs where one shows the present date appointments and the other shows the forthcoming appointments to that user.
