● Summarecon Serpong merupakan salah satu kota mandiri yang terletak sekitar 21 Km di sebelah barat Jakarta, berada di daerah Tangerang. Summarecon Serpong dikembangkan oleh PT Summarecon Agung, perusahaan pengembang yang sebelumnya mengembangkan kawasan mandiri Kelapa Gading. Pada awalnya kawasan ini dikembangkan oleh Summarecon bekerja sama dengan Grup Keris, sejak tahun 1993, yang kemudian dikenal dengan nama Gading Serpong. Namun pada tahun 2004, masing-masing pihak memutuskan untuk mengembangkan kawasan Gading Serpong secara sendiri-sendiri, dengan porsi pembagian yang kurang lebih sama. Summarecon mengembangkan lahannya dengan nama "Summarecon Serpong", sedangkan sebagian lain lahannya dikembangkan oleh Paramount, dengan nama Paramount Land. Walaupun benama Summarecon Serpong, namun Kota Mandiri ini bukan terletak di Kecamatan Serpong maupun Kecamatan Serpong Utara melainkan di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang.

● Kelapa Dua adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Di kecamatan ini terletak kota terencana ternama yang bernama Lippo Village dan Gading Serpong (Summarecon/Paramount Serpong) yang merupakan salah satu perintis perumahan di Kelapa Dua. Selain kedua township tersebut, saat ini perkembangan perumahan di kawasan ini sangat pesat. Diantaranya adalah Vila Rizki Ilhami, Perum Dasana Indah, Medang Lestari dan Perum Kelapa Dua

● Summarecon Serpong is an independent city located about 21 km west of Jakarta, in the Tangerang area. Summarecon Serpong was developed by PT Summarecon Agung, a development company that previously developed the Kelapa Gading independent area. At first this area was developed by Summarecon in collaboration with the Keris Group, since 1993, which became known as Gading Serpong. But in 2004, each party decided to develop the Gading Serpong area individually, with a share of approximately equal share.
