About Game of Life Live Wallpaper Android App
A live wallpaper based upon the cellular automaton, Game of Life. Please note that this is not actually a player based game.
The Game of Life, also known as Life, was devised by British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970. It demonstrates how complex systems can emerge from simple rules that govern a two-dimensional orthogonal grid.
This live wallpaper allows users to set their device home and lock screen as a customized instance of the Game of Life.
Users have the ability to customize the following options:
- Alive cell color
- Grid (background) color
- Cell Size
- Delay between generations
- The ability to drop configurable, "raindrops" on the grid to help promote life once population density drops below a user defined threshold
