• The Franklin/Fulton region, for news on schools in the Mid Penn Colonial and Commonwealth divisions, plus select schools in the Sideling Hill League and Inter-County Conference.
• The Lancaster-Lebanon region, for news on all schools in the L-L League and select schools in the Mid-Penn Keystone division.
• The York/Adams region, for news on all schools in the YAIAA, plus select schools in the Mid Penn Colonial and Keystone divisions, CCAC and SIAC.
