With over 10 years of cooking experience, Gayatri’s food philosophy is rooted in 100% natural cooking with the choicest ingredients- fresh, seasonal, wild crafted and home grown produce, and the love of eating & cooking! She started Gayatri’s Gourmet in 2008 with Wedding & Corporate Giveaways like chocolates, spreads, jams, cakes, macarons, etc.
An alumni of Xavier Institute of Communications, St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Gayatri has worked as Food & Wine Journalist for UpperCrust, India’s first food and wine magazine. She has also contributed to the famous cookbook, Amritsar: Flavours of the Golden City by Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna. Her mother & her nani are her food inspirations as they have taught her the intricacies of cooking. She is based in Amritsar, India.
