About GDS Appraisal Android App
GDS APPRAISAL is the Philippines' first mobile appraisal system that enables field appraisers to accept appraisal requests and encode and submit valuation reports.
Main features:
1. Build-up requests for appraisal and submit them for assignment.
- Take pictures of appraisal documents and submit it along with the basic request details as PDFs.
2. As an appraiser, accept appraisal jobs
- View attachments from the request
- Take pictures of the property and submit it back with the report
- Only fill out the necessary fields for a property
