Genie for Analytics uses Natural Language Processing to understand the user query and fetch the relevant information from thousands of possible records, all in a matter of milliseconds. All you have to do, is ask in simple English. The best part is the scale at which this operates - can hold more than 20K conversations every day. Currently, it is trained to handle 18 KPIs (cutting across Organization Structure, Attrition, Recruitment & Performance Rating). All of this is only going to increase in the future.
This application is for Mahindra employees to access data in a simpler and easier form.

Genie for Analytics accepts queries in both voice and text form.
Steps to enable voice access and auto send messages:
1. Go to Profile > Settings > Read Out
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Auto send messages
For login, you can enable finger print authentication. To disable, Go to Profile > Settings > Delete finger print
With this app, you can:
1. Check key metrices from built in reports
2. Get real time data driven insights
3. Email chat history using date filters
4. Explore queries for KPIs having multiple dimensions and conditions in natural language
