Perusahaan Gesindo dimulai pada tahun 2012 dengan nama Direct System Woo Tekh Indonesia (DSWI) didirikan oleh Erlizar, SH. Pada Februari 2014, setelah Pak Erlizar bertemu dengan I Gusti Made Ardika Budi dan membicarakan tentang sistem manajemen yang lebih baik, maka akhirnya perusahaan DSWI berganti nama menjadi Direct System Indonesia (DSI). Direct System Indonesia (DSI) berjalan dengan sistem manajemen yang matang, namun pada saat pengajuan pengesahan nama ke Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, nama DSI ditolak dikarenakan satu dan lain hal. Akhirnya, pada Februari 2015 Direct System Indonesia berganti menjadi PT.
