WHY?
According to research, long sitting causes obesity and other diseases. If you walk for a minute, every hour, it will keep your body active. Even standing for a few seconds or just stretching your arms and legs will do good for your health.
HOW TO USE IT?
Select a day and tap on the hours of your choice for which you like to be reminded.
If you do an office job from 9 to 5, you can set it as follows:
Monday to Friday: Enable 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm hours and disable the others
Saturday and Sunday: Your choice
NOTIFICATION DOES NOT COME ON TIME?
If you have installed a battery saver app or mode, like Sony's Stamina mode, there might be some delay in notification. Because in the intensive battery saver modes, functions such as wifi, alarms, gps, etc etc are not active when the screen is off.
