GigSystem’s orchestral information system is designed for entertaining performances and support for the effective conduct of the live concert especially for dancing bands.

The system allows you to select the right songs during the concert. To display lyrics and chord threads simply quickly and accurately. The title and artist of the songs will also be visible on the stage screen. During the gig, the consecutive songs are usually uncommon for members of the band.
With GigSystem, this is very simple: everything is displayed on a clearly visible central display, so you do not have to speak the song’s key note with word or gestures and you do not have to print any list preload.

This application is the system engine, the central core server unit. Its basic function is centralized data management and data editing beyond the central control of the orchestra system and the readable display of songs. This program is linked to the selectors (GigChooser), the readers (GigReader) and the metronome (GigBeater). The connection can be established via the wifi router on the stage.

System Operation: The selected song is sent to the server by a device running GigChooser. The title of the song, the name of the artist, the key, the tempo and the code of the song are displayed. At the same time, the reader will see a PDF file corresponding to the song, the content of which can be the song’s lyrics, chord sequence. The metronome application immediately launches the pace corresponding to the song’s tempo.

The title of the song on the stage can be seen by all members, the lyrics appear on the readers, the metronome “ticks” for the drummer, the party starts!

Songs, repertoire, lists, profiles, and device settings can be edited on the server. Data can be saved in a text file so they can be loaded again after a possible reinstallation.

The GigServer app is part of the GigSystem system, so you have to buy other programs in your system for real-time and complete operation!
