Global Oneness Project provides award-winning, short documentary films which explore cultural, environmental, and social issues from around the world.
The films connect local human experiences to global meta-level issues such as climate change, endangered cultures, migration, poverty, and sustainability and have been featured on National Geographic, PBS, The Atlantic, The New York Times, The New Yorker, and the Smithsonian, among others. Companion lesson plans are also available.
All of the stories provide opportunities to examine universal themes that emphasize our common humanity, including: identity, hope, diversity, resilience, empathy, and responsibility.
Watch the films on your phone, tablet, or connected TV. New films are added frequently, so check back regularly. Films are available with closed captioning and Spanish subtitles. All of the films and lesson plans are free of charge.
