Exercising is more fun with our new Global Sport Solutions app - the perfect app to help you reach your health goals, stay motivated, and help you live a healthy and happy life. The app is free to use for anyone who feels at home with Global Sport Solutions.

With the new Global Sport Solutions app you can:
• Keep track of your daily activities and training exercises
• Track and plan your daily meals, snacks, and drinks
• Log your weight, measurements, photographs, and other statistics to keep track of your progress
• Follow standard or personalized training plans with 3D demonstrations for when you need extra guidance
• Stay in contact with your personal trainer for coaching and support
• Book and plan training sessions directly in the app
• Set goals and achieve them with our personal trainers and other community members
• Earn more than 150 badges by completing goals and challenges
• Keep in contact with other members of the Global Sport Solutions family

The best part? You decide what you share. You can keep our app completely private and use it on your own, or you can choose to join a group with people who have the same goal to share tips and encourage each other to keep going.

What else? Together with one of the personal trainers from Global Sport Solutions, you can create a personalized plan to achieve your goals with workouts at the gym or at home. Consider this app the digital version of a Personal Trainer – providing you the information you need even when you are not training together. And, if you need more assistance or want to achieve your goals faster, simply use the app to book sessions with your personal trainer in real life!
