What do you do when someone steals your smartphone from your hands or grabs your bag or satchel? Chances are you will never see the phone again. All your personal and sensitive information will be in the hands of someone else who might use it for malicious purposes.

Grab Sentry to the rescue !

Grab Sentry (which can run in the background) will detect any sudden movement of the phone, and, either sound an alarm and/or send a text (SMS) message which includes approximate GPS location to a designated mobile phone. Text messages will continue to be sent (at a predetermined interval) thus providing a trail to the location of the phone. You can then use this information to inform the authorities and hopefully track down your phone. The detection sensitivity can be finely tuned for different scenarios like the phone being lifted off your desk or grabbed/snatched from your bag/satchel etc.
