About Green or Not Android App
GreenOrNot is an Android app that tries to raise awareness about the current state of climate change data around the world. It tries to be a catalyst for change by comparing how different countries perform in the race to lead a more eco-friendly life.
The app features a home screen where you can select two countries. We leverage the Climate Change dataset provided by the World Bank in order to compare the two countries across 78 indicators.
For each value that is better, one point is awarded, the winner is the one with the most points at the end. For each indicator, a bar graph can be automatically generated, and the whole match can be shared via Facebook or Twitter.
