GRIOT is a Timekeeping, Project Management and Financial Management platform built for Government Contractors and Small Businesses. It saves time and money by providing an easy to use platform for quickly and efficiently entering and retrieving business data such as Time, Expenses and Invoices. GRIOT provides busy business owners the information they need to efficiently and effectively manage their business. It quickly shows where staff time is being spent, how individual projects are doing financially, and projects long-term cash flow based on future booked work. It tracks time details, expenses, and PTO, as well as profitability projections and allocations of time to overhead, G&A and direct labor accounting pools. DCAA and GAAP compliant, GRIOT integrates into QuickBooks and gives current and future projections that accounting software cannot provide.

GRIOT allows owners, financial managers, project managers and any outside service providers one central location to organize, share and analyze critical financial data. Easily export payroll data to any providers including Paychex, Paylocity and ADP, or PEO organizations such as Insperity, with simple tools that reduce expensive back office costs.

The GRIOT App allows timecard and expense data entry and provides access to task lists, project calendars, and client contacts. For business development users GRIOT provides CRM-light features that track sales leads and opportunities.
